Okay guys, here we have a recipe I'm really happy to share with you. The pancakes are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, high in protein, easy to fry and really tasty.They are not sweet so I'f you have a sweeter tooth I'd recommend a sweeter topping.
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Some liquid - I used sproud milk
- 1 larger teaspoon of peanut butter
- salt, cinnamon or other spice.
I'd like to try to with hazelnut butter and cacao. Almond butter and vanilla does also sound like a combination made in heaven.
Fry the pancakes in ( prefareble) grass fed butter, ghee, or coconut oil. Ghee is such an amazing fat fot the body.
Serve with berries and almond butter and berries.
