G r e e n o c h i n o - Chlorella & Wheatgras

Today I woke up at 7 AM, to make this greenochino, as I could cuddle up with in the sofa while watching the advent calendar.

You need:

1/2 teaspoon Chlorella

1/2 teaspoon Weatgrass

1 cup oat milk

How to do:

Blend your green powders with some water - make a shot. Skim the oat milk, and pour the milk into the shot.

Why Chlorella: Chlorella is a nutritious detoxifying superfood and has a lot of protein. Dried chlorella has 45% of it. Chlorella helps to remove the poison that comes in. It has also been shown to reduce the chemicals in breast milk. It's an excellent supplement for immune system, and who doesn't need that now? Many who take chlorella find that they help to remove bad breath, because of the chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is one of the main reasons why is so good. When it enters the body, it can trigger so many positive benefits. Chlorella helps your body to increase oxygen production. It cleans the body and blood. Source AND: IT HAS B12.

Why wheatgras: Wheatgras is (despite its name) naturally free from gluten. The powder contains nutrients chlorophyll, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese. Magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and exhaustion. Chlorophyll and zinc helps to neutralize the PH - value and make the body more alkaline, which means that wheat grass is well suited to use in a detox. Source
