Spicy chocolate cookies
Cookies. Yep, we do like them. This version is healthy as a breakfast and is the perfect snack for your three o'clock dip. Enjoy your vegan, sugar free, gluten free treat with a lot of antioxidants good fats and vitamins, aaand for that matter, these cookies are good for your metabolism, compared to the ordinary cookies ;)


Mash:
1.5 bananas
3 dl oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp cacao
a pinch of salt
Vanilla - more is better
a pinch of cayenne
1 shot of espresso
1 tbsp coconut oil
If you would like it more sweet: honey after taste
some oatmilk

Flatten the batter with a tablespoon on a plate and let bake in the oven (200 degrees) for 20 minuets.

, Nice idea. I'm making an apple/cranberry chutney for Christmas, and beginning with last year, I started to make is spicy with some hot pepper, I love spicy food in general, but it's a nice way to kick start the metabolism and penetrate all of the mashed potatoes and gravy, haha
