Vegan crunchy raspberry, cinnamon chia bowl

Blend chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, some creamy coconut milk, almond milk and raspberries in a glass or a bowl. Let the blending rest for at least 30 minutes.

Top your base of chia with thawed blueberries, lingonberries and an amazing peanut sauce with almond milk, cinnamon and peanut butter.

Add the rest of the topping: cashews, coconut flake, cinnamon, quinoa puffs, some peanut butter and frozen berries, and have a wonderful, energizing breakfast.
