Vegan glutenfree banana bread

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

A pinch of vanilla powder

Cinnamon after taste

Cardamom after taste

1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seed + 2,5 tbsp water)

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp honey

2 tsp baking powder

Some sea salt

1/2 cup rice milk/almond milk /oat milk

3/4 cup almond meal

1,5 cup oats

1 tsp fiber husk

100 grams of blueberries

1 hand full of walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350. (180 degrees.) 
  2. Make your egg. (takes five minuets.)
  3. Mix all of the other ingredients except blueberries and walnuts. If its to dry, add some more milk. It its to wet, add some more oats. 
  4. Prepare a pan with coconut oil and some almond meal, pour the batter into the pan. Top with blueberries. 
  5. Bake for 45 minuets -1 hour.
  6. Let cool before cutting.
  7. Serve nut butter, bananas, chia jam, or just eat as it is.
